My name is Shannon Smith and I am a student studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain this semester. This blog is about all of my travels, experiences (good and bad) as well as anything else that may pop up that is out of the ordinary. It will be an account of the things I see and do while I am in living in Europe as well as some thoughts and comparisons about the different style of living here. I will try and give some advice to future travelers and study abroad students while keeping my friends and family at home connected with my trip.  Finally, I started this blog as a project for a journalism class so I will be discussing my take on some new things happening in the world of journalism.  Enjoy.
